Have you ever found yourself at a point when you needed to make a decision that would really change things for you, but there’s no one close who understands, can provide any insight, or who is willing or able to make that change with you?  It’s a tough spot. It’s that moment when you realize that in order to move forward, you might have to move forward alone, without the cheerleaders or traveling companions you hoped for. When you must be your own company, the traveler and the guide. Going against the grain of normal society, such as natural healing, is even tougher. But we know everyone is not meant to walk the same path. And when something resonates in your spirit it’s time to trust that internal compass, not the doubts that anchor you in place, even when external signs are few and far between.  Being your own light, your own North Star,  means recognizing the power you possess to shine the light on the path when the steps are uncertain.  It’s an act of self-love and bravery, a commitment to your own growth, even when there’s no one in your life at the moment supporting it.  Still you must answer the call to transform when the message is crystal clear – that quiet but powerful alignment within your spirit.  It’s understanding that your journey might not make sense to others because it’s not their journey to understand and trusting that you’ll find your tribe along the way.  At detoxyourway.com, I am are here to support you when you are ready to start your journey. And stay tuned this week for a special announcement that will hopefully assist you when you’re ready to light your pathway to healing. To your health,  Tamera at Detoxyourway

What is Your Energy saying about your health? Your body’s energy is one of the truest indicators of your health.  That energy is created within our cells. And what we feed our cells (food, stress, beliefs) – past and present – determines the level of energy that our cells are capable of. A scientist named Andre Simoneton figured out over 75 years ago how to measure (in a unit of angstroms) the electromagnetic (vibrational) energy of common foods that we eat. And guess what? Fruit has the highest energy of all with 8,000 to 10,000 angstroms and cooked meats have almost 0. That’s right. ZERO!  Take a look at the science:    HIGHEST ENERGY (6,500-10,000):Fruit (fresh/raw) – 8000 to 10,000 angstromsVeggies (fresh/raw) – 8000 to 9000 angstroms MEDIUM ENERGY (3,000-6,500): Veggies(cooked) – 4000 to 6500 angstroms LOW ENERGY (below 3,000): Pasteurized milk – 2000 angstromsCheese – 1800 angstromsRefined white flour – 1500 angstroms DEAD ENERGY (almost none to 0)Alcohol Cooked meats Refined sugar This study tells us clearly which foods give us life and energy and which foods give us sickness and death.  The electromagnetic energy of human beings was measured as well. BODY FREQUENICIESHealthy Human (avg) – 6500 angstromsCancer Patients (typical) – 4875 angstromsAlcohol   Now ask yourself – Where do I fall between these two measurements? Think about how you feel every morning when you wake up. Do you have a handful of prescriptions you have to take? Do you wake with stiff joints? A stiff back? Aches? Pain? Chronically fatigued? Are you dealing with a known health condition? Do you feel like you have a hangover every day, whether you drank alcohol the night before or not? Chances are likely that if you have lived a “normal” life for most of your adult life, then you are experiencing at least one of these issues and are not at 6,500 angstroms. And unfortunately, we may have existed so long at these low energy levels that we actually think it is “normal”.  Well, I know It might be considered normal, but it for sure isn’t natural. How can existing with little to no vitality be what God intended for us? You can see from the statistics above that in order to increase your energy, to feel better, to gain vitality, to llve in a better body – you must start to consume or increase the amount of foods that are at the highest angstroms in order to bring your average energy up to the general level of a healthy human being.  The simplest, most natural foods we can eat gives us the most energy and the most consciousness, and allows our bodies to heal.  Simply put – Fruits clean and heal, while vegetables & herbs build and repair. So by consuming these foods we not only allow cleaning and regeneration to take place within the body, we also raise our vibrational energy and become a more awakened embodiment of the Most High. It may sound like an over-simplification, but healing the body really is that simple.  Maybe not that easy, but nethertheless – simple.  What can make the process hard is the required dedication to change your circumstances. Healing does takes effort. It takes commitment. It takes patience. And it takes courage. It’s made even harder by the fact that the truth and simplicity of healing and health have been buried under never-ending fear messaging, pill-popping propaganda, the animal protein myth, the misconception that all sugar is bad, the pleasure trap, and pressure to stay inside the box just to make those around us feel comfortable so they never have to question their own beliefs and decisions about what is healthy.  Dr. Hebert M. Shelton, a leading natural health pioneer said it best: “We cannot be damaged into health”.  Meaning that the body cannot be healed if we continue down a path of abuse that removes energy from the body. We can only gain more energy by choosing to consume higher vibrational foods. So let’s live in abundance together and collectively raise our awareness to experience the type of energy that we never realized we could have. Fight for your Health Freedom!

The Spiritual Side of Detoxification When we cleanse our bodies, we purge not only physical toxins, but also emotional baggage and negative energies that weigh us down. This purifying process opens up a gateway to higher consciousness and paves the way for spiritual elevation. Think of it as creating space within ourselves to allow for more peace, joy, and abundance.  A cleansed vessel becomes receptive, and so as we let go of the old, we allow the new to flow in. Throughout history, many sages and spiritual masters have embarked on prolonged fasts or purification rituals, seeking enlightenment and communion with the Divine. In the Bible, Jesus and Moses fasted to withdraw from the world and receive instructions directly from God.  Through this long lineage of cleansing and detoxification practices, we detach ourselves from material cravings and focus inward, connecting with our essence.  It’s a time to listen, surrender, and receive. With discipline, self-awareness, and a commitment to healing, we acknowledge the sacred bond between our physical and spiritual selves. It’s not just about consuming detoxifying foods and herbs; it’s about approaching the healing journey with love and gratitude for the expansion of spirit. The body knows and stores negative beliefs, experiences, and trauma in the cells. This emotional energy can obstruct our connection to the divine as well as preventing our deepest desires from flowing effortlessly to us.  But with each step of purification, we peel away layers of pain, injury, self-doubt and fear.  The emotional and physical release of these stored toxins allow us to attract higher vibrational frequencies and bring us into alignment with our higher senses. The creator within us can then begin to turn our thoughts into things at a faster pace,, and we can bring forth desired experiences and even deeper healing as an awakened, enlightened being who can manifest their dreams in record time. Oh yes, detoxification can be that powerful, that healing, and that life-changing. Don’t underestimate the power and spiritual alchemy of cleansing and healing the body to move you from Fear to Freedom. It is just another magical way that nature shows you that a healed, whole body is a free body.  And this freedom is your birthright. Embrace it. Fight for it. Live for it.  And connect to the Divine through it.  To your healing journey.

We all want to see our loved ones live healthy, happy lives. And when we find something that is working for us and see loved ones struggling with their health, it is natural to want to share our knowledge with them. But as you may have already found out – your advice is not always as welcomed as you think it should be.  We may mean well (And I meant well A LOT, lol!), but it’s important to remember that the wellness journey is a personal one, and we can only walk it for ourselves. It’s not loving to harass the people in our lives to make changes with a new diet or exercise plan, for example, especially if it is something brand new for them. They may only have the bandwidth for what is on their plate right now. Or they may simply have no desire to do anything other than what they are currently doing, whether you agree with it or not. And IT’S OKAY!!! It can be hard to bite your tongue, I know, but we must respect their journey and trust that they will make the necessary changes when they are ready.  Instead, BE THE INSPIRATION! and focus on healing and embodying the person you want to be. When we do this, we become a shining example of health and vitality, and we inspire those around us to make positive changes for themselves. ASPIRE SILENTLY! This means that we do not need to broadcast our every meal or action. We don’t have to comment on everything we see others doing that falls outside of our personal health guidelines. And we definitely can keep the “I told you so’s ” – in all their many disguises – to ourselves.  Yes, you may want your honey, your mother, dad, sibling, friend, etc to see the “light” and jump on the wagon with you. And if they do – Awesome! You have a buddy joining in and you can support and encourage each other.  But if you’re met with resistance, then send them love, light, and healing. And then you keep aspiring to your wellness goals and taking it day by day, because that is a hard enough task already. When we are committed to walking our path of healing, we start to witness a ripple effect of positive change, not only in our own lives, but in the lives of those around us.  Those that were hesitant before may start asking you questions and seeking your advice or even start incorporating small changes here and there. We become a beacon of light, showing others what’s possible and inspiring them to take action for their own health and well-being.  Trust nature! Eating whole, electric, hydrating fruits and veggies will improve your health! And then trust that the health aspirations you have for yourself will inspire those around you without having to convince, shame, or persuade.  Just quietly keep climbing higher and higher up the pyramid of your own divine healing!

https://youtu.be/BH4uPmTT1NY Why choose to Detoxify?  It’s hard to talk about Detoxfication without talking about the fact that most people when they hear the word “detox”, it brings up a natural aversion. No one really, really wants to have to cleanse or detoxify their bodies. The connotations of it are pretty distasteful for most people.  Some people think that Detoxification is: Too Disruptive A Starvation Diet DeprivingYourself of Good Food Socially Isolating And Just Too HARD While the body is trying to cleanse and release stored up toxins, it is true that it’s not always a pleasant experience. During a discussion with some friends not too long ago, the conversation was around these two different lifestyles that don’t seem to add up to what we consider to be healthy. So on one side, we might have someone who’s exercised all their lives, they eat right, they are at what we think is their perfect weight, and they were the picture of health. And still something happens. They develop some type of health condition or they may even pass prematurely without any explanation.  And then on the other side of that, we might have someone’s grandfather or parent who has drank, smoke and ate whatever they’ve wanted their whole lives, and they’re still able to chop wood or drive a tractor, and live strong all the way through their old age, These lifestyles contradict what we consider healthy. So how do we determine what is healthy and how to achieve it for ourselves.  Event though we all grew up in different environments and have experienced different levels of comfort or stress, and different levels of environmental toxins, But with all things being equal, it is safe to say that health is primarily a function of what fuel your body is taking in, how well your body utilizes that fuel and then how well is your body at disposing of the metabolic, cellular, digestive waste from that fuel.  HOW DO YOU KNOW? How do you know if your body is doing these things well – if it is efficiently digesting, absorbing, utilizing, and eliminating the waste from the fuel you eat? Well, many of us have been diagnosed with health issues and so we already know that something isn’t working at its best when it comes to breaking down fuel – aka food.  But if you don’t have a known condition, another way, of course, is to observe how you feel, move, and look. And I’m not not talking about how you look in a new outfit. I’m talking about give your body a visual once-over and take inventory. Do you have skin issues, rashes? How well are you aging? Are you stiff?  Are you bloated? Do you suffer from mysterious inflammation. Do you have back pain, especially unexplained lower back pain that isn’t a result of trauma or injury? Are you chronically fatigued. Do you have trouble sleeping or moving around? Are you overweight or underweight? What are your bowel movements like – constipation, diarrhea? Do you see undigested food in your stools? Do you feel rested in the morning? Are you nervous or anxious all the time? To name just a few. I ask these types of questions and a lot more in a detailed health assessment that I give to my clients to complete. And I know these questions may just sound like signs of getting older, but there are younger and younger people who can answer yes to many of these. Not to mention that we are all too quick to blame age when it’s not always the culprit. Just like the old man that was still chopping wood in his 90s. However, even a detailed health assessment won’t tell you everything you need to know about the condition of the body. After all, these outward observations  are only the external manifestation of our body’s internal environment.  In a typical medical practice this is where a doctor would maybe order a few tests or scans or send you to a specialist to gather enough information to provide a diagnosis.  In contrast, I use iridology, or the study of the eye. With iridology I use a clear, close up photo of each eye to examine the tissue of every major area of the body. Similar in theory to how the body is mapped to the hands and feet in reflexology, in iridology all of the organs in the body have a corresponding location in the iris. Iridology lets you observe if tissue is in an acute, subacute, or chronic level of deterioration. Acute is the beginning stage. Subacute has progressed and persisted a bit longer. And Chronic shows prolonged damage. I know that sounds ominous, but in most all cases these conditions can be improved or even completely restored regardless of your genetics. That’s the beauty of Detoxification. These two tools –  a health assessment and iridology provides the basis of the roadmap or detailed plan for Detoxification & Regeneration that I use with my clients. However, even though these tools gives us more detailed insight, you can still begin to clean and strengthen your body through the MAIN foundation of what is healthy. And that is the fuel you take in. This includes the mental and emotional food that we bring inside these physical vessels of ours. When it comes to healing and food, just practice this and you’ll see improvement. The body is all about Chemistry and the Flow of Energy. The body cannot thrive in an overly acidic environment. You must be more Alkaline than acidic in order for the right chemical processes to take place inside the body and to NOT impede the natural flow of energy. Alkalinity is cooling, flowing, positive, electric, vibrating, and liberating. The body must maintain an Alkaline pH between 7.3 & 7.45 to stay in homeostasis. Acid is hot, sticky, coagulating, and binding. Acid will eat away at the cells, distorting & damaging them, clumping & melting them together, slowing things down, and eventually creating blockages to energy flow. So when you see dis-ease in the body, know that it is in an acidosis state. Unfortunately most of the foods that humans eat are acid forming and that’s why our health is being compromised more and more. And yep – the most electric, alkaline foods are fruit, vegetables. That’s how you detoxify and regenerate the body. Start eating those astringent, water fruits (grapes, berries, citrus, apples, and so-on) to Clean and Alkalize and then at the right time & in the right combination you bring in the

Valentine’s Day was last week and many of us joined in on celebrating romance or love with our special person, friends, and/or family.   But how does love translate in our physical bodies to encompass our health and support healing? I honestly can’t begin to answer that question completely, but I have found this to be true and I’m sure you have as well:   LOVE AND HEALING go hand in hand.    These two forces are probably partners in the truest sense. It’s hard to observe healing on any level – physically or emotionally, individually or within a family or community – and not witness or feel all the love that was poured into that process.    It’s almost like you need the highest, most electrically and emotionally charged ingredients you can find to help positively change the molecular structure of a thing.    When you can love the diabetes, high cholesterol, those extra pounds, cancer, auto-immune disease, addiction, depression, or whatever you have had to deal with on your health journey with love gifts from Mother earth (our fruit, herbs, and vegetables) it creates magical healing chemistry.   And this magical healing chemistry, this love, is everywhere in nature. Love is not just an emotion, it’s a thing. It’s the grapes on the vine and the lavender in the fields.    Maybe this is residual Valentine’s day energy talking. Because even though it might sound a little woo-woo and idealistic, I do believe that Love can save the day. It not only gives us hope, connection, and purpose; it can save our lives and heal our bodies.    So the next time you look at an apple or a cucumber, or make an amazing spinach salad or kale smoothie, think of them as love manifesting as food for your highest good.  Thank them, love them back, and then take a bite.
