What is Your Energy saying about your health?
Your body’s energy is one of the truest indicators of your health.
That energy is created within our cells. And what we feed our cells (food, stress, beliefs) – past and present – determines the level of energy that our cells are capable of.
A scientist named Andre Simoneton figured out over 75 years ago how to measure (in a unit of angstroms) the electromagnetic (vibrational) energy of common foods that we eat. And guess what? Fruit has the highest energy of all with 8,000 to 10,000 angstroms and cooked meats have almost 0. That’s right. ZERO!

Veggies (fresh/raw) – 8000 to 9000 angstroms

This study tells us clearly which foods give us life and energy and which foods give us sickness and death.
The electromagnetic energy of human beings was measured as well.

Now ask yourself – Where do I fall between these two measurements?
Think about how you feel every morning when you wake up. Do you have a handful of prescriptions you have to take? Do you wake with stiff joints? A stiff back? Aches? Pain? Chronically fatigued? Are you dealing with a known health condition? Do you feel like you have a hangover every day, whether you drank alcohol the night before or not?

The simplest, most natural foods we can eat gives us the most energy and the most consciousness, and allows our bodies to heal.
